Creativity in the Classroom

Russell Academy are uniquely placed to help teachers in all aspects of drama teaching in the classroom. We have been training specialist drama teachers for many years and have now developed short-term courses which will enable teachers to learn how to:-

• Create a discrete drama space in the classroom.

• Develop techniques to stimulate the imagination of students.

• Use drama as a way of invigorating subjects such as history, geography, maths and language.

Our 2 day - Saturday - courses are designed to provide primary and secondary school teachers with the tools and the confidence to bring drama and creativity to their classroom. We will help you plan lessons, set objectives and develop strategies for classroom management and organisation.

Each course will take place over two Saturdays at a city centre location. Fees: €190.00.
